Christmas Spirit

I’m finished my Christmas shopping. I just finished this evening.

I had actually finished everyone last weekend, except for my mom. But, it’s a bit hard to buy a present for the person who you’re at the mall with.

Tonight, I went out and bought her gift, as well as a couple of other things. I’m feeling pretty great about it all, so that’s cool, I guess.

I even finished all of my wrapping tonight.

The gifts are wrapped and under my tree, waiting to be taken over to the family home next weekend.

I wrapped gifts and watched Christmas cartoons—the Grinch and Charlie Brown. Classics, baby, classics. Tonight was a pretty awesome night.

I’m feeling pretty Christmas-y now. :)

That is all…

Update: Shit! I just remembered that I’m not finished my X-mas shopping yet. I still have to buy something for the Steal-a-Gift thing we’re doing at the office next week. Ugh…just when I thought I was done fighting the mall mobs.

    And x-mas TV already? We haven’t been getting much here in the UK :(

    Man, they started the x-mas TV here weeks ago. I think there were even a couple of shows during November!

    But, actually, I was watching them on DVD. I’m kind of a dork when it comes to Christmas specials, so I own most of my favourites on DVD.

    I picked that up last night. It’s actually pretty cool, too, considering that it only cost a loonie.
