River City Shakespeare Festival - Pay What You Can Day

Just a reminder that today is “Pay What You Can” day at the River City Shakespeare Festival, down in Hawrelak Park. Tuesdays are always pay what you will at the Festival, so if you want to see both plays for cheap, then you should go down to the Amphitheatre tonight, and next Tuesday night (tonight is Two Gentlemen of Verona, next week is The Winter’s Tale). Make sure you head down early to get a spot in line. The tickets will sell out fast.

If you can’t make it down to tonight (or next Tuesday), regular priced tickets are only $20 for adults, which is pretty damn good. But, I’m broke; and something about waiting in line for an hour and a half makes the experience more enjoyable, so I’ll be heading down tomorrow and paying $10 or $15 bucks. I just hope it doesn’t rain.
