Scottastrophe

Tonight, I’m going to see Scottastrophe, a multimedia show by former Kid in the Hall Scott Thompson, at the Metro Cinema. I have absolutely no idea what to expect from this show. I read something about it in the Journal that made it sound like Thompson will be giving a PowerPoint presentation (but funny, and with musical guests). Although that might sound like something that couldn’t possibly be entertaining, I think it’s a brilliant concept. If it were any other comedian/performer attempting such a thing, I’d pass. This, however, should be good. Tune in later for a review.

I’m a huge fan of Scott Thompson, and am definitely interested in this, but has this already passed? When I click on the link, it says it was on Thursday, October 12…

How disappointing, if that’s the case. :( It’ll be like the time I went to see Snake and Joey from Degrassi but I went to the wrong “campus” (I went to MacEwan downtown but it was at one of their other campuses).

Yes, that is correct. If you notice, the post begins by saying: “Tonight, I am going to see Scottastrophe…”

I certainly did notice that, which is why I wondered if you were misinformed. The date on this entry is for October 13. However, seeing that your comment is dated for tomorrow, I’m guessing your blog is showing up one day in advance.

You’re right, the dates and times aren’t showing correctly. I figured you must have (accidentally) overlooked the word “tonight” at the beginning of the entry. But, apparently, I didn’t click “save” after adjusting the clock settings when I was setting up my WordPress account. I’ll fix that.
