Sick

I am sick. I have come down with a cold. I also appear to have the early stages of bronchitis, as my doctor has given me antibiotics to nip it in the bud before I go to Cuba. Then, there was the Hep A vaccination, recommended by the doctor before heading south, but not covered by my medical plan. It seems that 100% prescription medicine coverage has limits. So I paid just over $60 to get stuck in the arm. If I want lifetime immunity, I’ll have to pay for another shot in six months.
Luckily, there are other things happening in my life that are good. Despite my complaints, the good tends to outweigh the bad. It’s good to remember that once in a while.
